During my time at the TCL Chinese Theatres (CT), I helped lead the development and launch of the world’s first 4D Motion EFX Esports Theatre. Bridging traditional entertainment with gaming innovation, we turned a historic Hollywood landmark into a cutting-edge venue for immersive fan experiences, competitive gaming, and brand activations.

E3 Esports Tech Reveal
Unveiled the first MX4D motion-enabled esports theatre at E3. Managed logistics, talent, and vendors for a live demo featuring 4D gaming chairs, immersive effects, and motion-synced gameplay tech.
Hollywood Hammers
Oversaw talent coordination, partnerships, and brand development for CT’s esports team. Helped shape org structure, build sponsorship decks, and lead internal operations across content and events.

Streaming with the Stars
Live-audience, live-streamed talk show series spotlighting women in gaming. Led production, talent coordination, and guest experience while overseeing branded content delivery and cross-platform distribution.

From global esports championships to naming rights and property negotiations with top orgs and brands, those efforts expanded the Chinese Theatre's presence across industries.
